As recently, network operator TOT has settled in legal issues with authority and they are eligible to use LTE band 40 frequency. Now NBTC require us to submit Radio Test report and SAR/EMF test report for LTE band 40 for type approval of WWAN products.
  
Note: [If customer has test report that was tested earlier than above effective date, we can discuss with NBTC if we can proceed type approval without LTE band 40 on case by case basis]
